Project Summary:
BGi Building Group was the primary builder to expand the production areas, storage area, staff amenities, offices and front-of-house retail area for the Barossa Valley Cheese Company.
This project involved installing Bondor insulated panels to the internal walls and ceiling to create a new cheese maturation storage room. As such, the room is a temperature and humidity-controlled environment, enabling the cheese's ideal ripening conditions.
Specialised quarantining zones were installed to prohibit the introduction of foreign bacteria into the new production areas.
