Our scope included full design and construction of the Barrel House, incorporating structural steel framing, steel cladding, and Blackbutt timber finishes. The project integrates sustainable features including solar power, water harvesting, and native landscaping. Interiors feature high ceilings and expansive glazing to capture views across the estate, while finishes and construction methods were selected for durability, low maintenance, and long-term operational flexibility to support hospitality, barrel storage, and future events.
