Project Summary:
Located within the actual vineyard, the Rosenvale Winery is a triple-peaked, multi-purpose building that rises above the valley floor.
BGi was engaged to undertake the design and construction of this winery within a limited budget and desire to maximise efficient production space. In addition, the brief included future-proofing and flexibility, allowing for a future cellar door and restaurant under the main roof.
The building consists of structural steel and lightweight cladding whilst incorporating high insulation levels to minimise the need for mechanical temperature control. Working closely with BGi allowed the client to undertake a considerable amount of the internal fit-out.
