Project Summary:
VA Filtrations approached BGI to develop a green field site into their home for their operations in the Barossa Valley.
The project involved master planning and allowing for company growth forcing the centralised roadway being able to be utilised by a second stage building in the future. The project includes a 300 sqm office, 1200 sqm warehouse, tank farms and carparking facilities.
The external walls of the office are finished in Hebel with a rough sawn timber pergola that the wraps around the office building.
The Warehouse includes stainless steel strip drains that lead out to underground holding tanks. The Warehouse floor is finished in a two pack epoxy for ease in cleaning.
